Ryddla Forge (“we,” “us”) is operated by Justin Lee. This policy covers text messages related to orders and customer support for 3D prints, Sigils NFC keychains, mazes, and other maker products.
We collect the mobile phone number you provide when you place an order, request support, or text START to opt in, plus message content needed to fulfill your request (for example, order details and delivery preferences).
We use your mobile number and related details only to send order confirmations, shipping or pickup updates, and customer-care replies you requested, and to honor HELP and STOP requests.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share data with service providers that send or deliver our messages (such as our SMS platform) solely to operate this program, or when required by law.
Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Questions: ryddlaforge@gmail.com or text HELP to the Ryddla Forge number that messaged you.
